Appalachian Spring is a former farmhouse with a mature south-facing garden and private patio to the side of the house.

Situated in rural Dartington Village, one mile from Totnes station and the medieval
Dartington Hall Estate, it is perfectly placed, close to the award-winning 14th century thatched Cott Inn. The owner is a viola player and Alexander Technique teacher. The South Hams is rich in tourist attractions, and is a designated area of outstanding beauty.
Two en-suite double rooms with TVs. One with bath. Luxury 5’ mattresses. Additional single bed sofa-bed available. Free parking, WiFi , tea/coffee-making facilities. Singles welcome.
After undergoing extensive renovation to bring the continuously occupied 200 year-old farmhouse up to luxury Bed & Breakfast standards, Appalachian Spring, Dartington opened its doors in the Spring of 2012. Since then it has received overwhelmingly positive reviews, and currently holds a coveted 5* rating on Tripadvisor.
There are two en-suite double rooms, both with luxury mattresses.
A double sofa-bed and travel cot are also available on request.
There is Free WiFi, Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room.
The house is non-smoking.
The washing machine may be used by arrangement.
Guests are welcome to use the garden.
